Rolls-Royce is a core aerospace exposure that continued to benefit from favorable industry fundamentals in Q2. Artisan argues that the damage to aerospace production infrastructure cannot be repaired rapidly with capital alone. That creates a prolonged environment in which constrained capacity and strong demand can support improving economics for well-positioned aerospace suppliers. Rolls-Royce is one of the holdings through which the fund expresses that view.
