Goodman owns, develops and manages global industrial property and has a significant data-center development pipeline. A majority of its earnings come from the asset-management platform, giving the business exposure beyond direct property ownership. Better-than-expected results in both industrial and logistics assets and data-center development reinforced the fund's positive view.
