Greystone Capital Management LLC on KITS Eyecare Ltd.

Thesis

Greystone believes KITS has built a meaningful price-and-convenience advantage by delivering prescription glasses for roughly one-third to one-quarter of traditional retail prices and shipping them rapidly. Its cost structure allows those savings to be passed to customers, while word-of-mouth and local influencer marketing keep customer acquisition spending far below competitors. Order frequency, average order value and retention are improving, yet the stock fell sharply despite strong business performance, prompting Greystone to add to the position. Expansion beyond its historically concentrated Canadian footprint, including Toronto and eventually more of the U.S., provides a large runway for continued growth.

I’ve been adding to our position as the thesis plays out and expect another strong year during 2026 and 2027 as KITS glasses business continues to grow and as they expand into new geographies and reach new customers.
