WestEnd Capital Management, LLC on WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC

Thesis

WestEnd views WaterBridge's produced-water infrastructure network in the Delaware Basin as a difficult-to-replicate competitive asset that provides essential services to energy producers. Scale and network density create barriers to new competition, while long-term contracts with minimum-volume commitments and inflation-linked pricing improve revenue visibility. The manager expects increasing free cash flow, greater dividend capacity and improving returns on infrastructure already developed. Greater cash generation should also create flexibility for acquisitions and strategic investments. Industrial water demand associated with recycling and AI data-center cooling represents additional upside, although WestEnd considers this optional rather than necessary to the core thesis.

Our investment thesis is grounded in the companyʼs existing water infrastructure business
