Thesis
The fund established a new position in CI&T because it believes IT services will benefit from AI rather than be disrupted by it. Deploying AI applications in real enterprise environments requires integration across systems, upgrades to core IT platforms and extensive implementation work, all of which support demand for IT-services companies. CI&T was early in recognising the AI opportunity, invested in relevant capabilities and has already seen a tangible impact on revenue growth while outperforming peers. The fund also views the company as relatively undiscovered and attractively valued and established a significant position.
