GeneDx is a genomics diagnostics company focused on genetic disease. The fund viewed the company's disappointing May results as transitory rather than a change to the investment case. It continues to believe GeneDx has the long-term potential to revolutionise diagnosis of rare genetic diseases in children. The subsequent results supported that view and the shares recovered more than all of the losses following the earlier warning.
